LucidTrack
An application tracker for students applying to spring weeks, internships, placements and graduate schemes. I co-founded it and run it as COO.

“LucidTrack”
Japanese has no “l”, so Lucid becomes Rū-shid-do. The small ッ doubles the next sound.

Know where every application stands.
Students juggle dozens of applications at once, usually in a spreadsheet they stopped updating in October. LucidTrack puts every application, round and deadline in one list.

Impact
521 students at 45 universities have tracked 1,921 applications to 823 companies.
From LucidTrack’s own data, October 2026. Test accounts excluded.
The product
01Every application, every round
Each application shows its rounds as a trail, from online test to offer, with deadlines and days left. So “did I do the HireVue?” finally has an answer.
02Save a role in one click
The Chrome extension saves the company, role and description from any careers page, and keeps it after the posting vanishes. No more screenshots of job ads.
03Job alerts, wherever you are
Pro alerts email matching roles the moment they open, with one tap to add them to the tracker. (Yes, even halfway up a hill in the Lake District.)
04See how a season is going
Statistics group a season’s applications and compare interviews, offers and rejections with the LucidTrack average. Honest numbers, kindly charted.
My part

Design and brand
The product’s look and the brand around it, from the interface down to the flyers handed out at freshers’ fairs.

Pitching and funding
Pitched LucidTrack on QMUL’s entrepreneurship programme and walked off stage with £10,000 in grant funding.
Growth on campus
Getting LucidTrack into students’ hands on campus, starting at Queen Mary.
Operations
Running the company day to day as COO, which mostly means keeping everyone else on track.
Coming up
